Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Reservations Agent to work closely with Trivago in vibrant Athens, Greece. This role includes paid relocation, allowing you to immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment while providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients. You will assist customers with their hotel bookings, ensuring seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel reservations for Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat using the Trivago platform
Provide accurate information about hotels, pricing, amenities, and special offers to support clients' booking decisions
Confirm booking details promptly and ensure smooth transaction processes
Handle customer questions and resolve any booking-related issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain comprehensive records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, hotel inventory, and Trivago updates to deliver optimal customer experience
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage
Prior experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or working with Trivago or similar platforms is preferred
Strong enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of the hospitality sector
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full paid relocation support provided
