Located just 30 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells renowned tourist attractions, our facility offers a unique blend of scenic tranquility and professional fulfillment. You will be integral in providing high-quality emergency care to 40-60 patients daily within our Emergency Department/Urgent Care setting, supporting a broad spectrum of medical needs.

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medicine Physicians to deliver exceptional patient care during both day and night shifts starting July 2026. This role offers an opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility with access to advanced telemedicine services such as Telestroke and Tele ICU, alongside onsite support from a UW helicopter. Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergency medical conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with telemedicine services such as Telestroke or Tele ICU
• Previous practice in a rural or community-based emergency setting
• Skills in trauma management and advanced airway procedures
• Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program
• At least 2 years of emergency department experience
• Familiarity with hospitalist collaboration and ancillary services

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 14-16 shifts per month, including both day and night shifts
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS preferred but not mandatory
• Must meet all state, federal, and local licensing and certification requirements
• Travel and other reimbursable expenses will be covered when applicable
