
Operations Support Coordinator

Our client a leading energy holding company in the United States, that operates as a regulated utility, specializing in natural gas and electric energy distribution.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver timely, accurate preparation of work in a highly efficient team environment
Foster excellent internal and external customer service
Support the application, receipt, distribution, and execution of permits
Manage One Call process and Site Readiness details
Create and update WMS/DIS order types
Utilize various PC applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), and email via Lotus Notes
Prepare correspondence, handle office administration, and participate in customer complaint resolution
Drive administrative efficiencies and communicate effectively across the team
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated experience with WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and working within a collaborative team
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in customer service (internal and external)
Ability to work independently with limited direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in WMS, DIS, and Lotus Notes (SAP experience a plus, not required)
Basic understanding of the utility industry
