
Distribution Depot Coordinator

Almac Group is currently seeking a Distribution Depot Coordinator for our Souderton, PA location. The coordinator will coordinate, support, travel to and develop all Almac‑managed depot activities, serving as a vital link between Almac depots globally and business units across all sites in the USA, Europe, and Singapore.
* This role has the potential for a hybrid work schedule (2 days) following 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities
Interpret customer requirements to plan, organize, and facilitate depot activities for new business and translate those requirements to the Almac‑managed depots involved.
Plan and facilitate communication between Almac contracted depots and Almac business units.
Own the customer relationship you are responsible for on a daily basis and resolve all disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer complaints are answered in detail and followed through to completion, and supporting the resolution of any depot performance issues.
Manage and maintain all internal depot databases to ensure depot and country‑specific, financial, and protocol‑specific information is current and captured.
Review and approve all depot project instructions drafted by Project Services, ensuring instructions are maintained and current, and that activities comply with Almac standard operating procedures and have gone through the Quality Assurance approval process.
Represent Almac on international operational visits and assist Supplier Quality on audits of Almac contracted depots, represent at customer calls and face‑to‑face meetings, and travel to customer business review meetings as requested.
Order management: interact with Almac ERP system, COSMOS daily, to manage order processing and deliveries at contracted depots, and interact with customers and IXRS providers to provide order and delivery status updates.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years’ experience in a professional office, pharmaceutical, or distribution environment.
Customer service experience.
Experience in the following areas is preferred: business support function, distribution experience in an order‑process/vendor‑management environment, pharmaceutical experience, project/customer/supplier management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education is preferred.
