Through our
Educate to Recognize (EtR)
program, we equip communities with the knowledge and tools to identify and prevent human trafficking before it starts.
Position Overview
The EtR Coordinator plays a key role in advancing prevention through education. This position supports the Director of EtR by organizing, coordinating, and executing speaking engagements, facility tours, and community partnerships.
This is a high‑impact, fast‑paced role for someone who thrives in organization, communication, and mission‑driven work—helping schools, churches, and communities engage with NAHT’s life‑changing mission.
Job Details
Location: Nashville, TN | Full‑Time | Onsite
Work hours: Monday–Friday (with occasional evenings/weekends). Full‑time hours: 9 AM–5 PM, 40+ hours/week.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling Support: Manage EtR presentation bookings and calendar; coordinate logistics for events (travel, materials, volunteers); prepare presentation materials and engagement packets; ensure smooth execution of all scheduled trainings.
Facility Tour Coordination: Schedule and coordinate tours for partners, donors, and community groups; align tour logistics across departments (Rescue, Restore, Sweet Daisy, Operations); create meaningful, welcoming experiences for every guest.
Data & Reporting: Track program data in CRM (Little Green Light); monitor key metrics (presentations, participants, partnerships, tours); support grant reporting and impact storytelling.
Communication & Partnerships: Serve as primary contact for schools, churches, and organizations; send confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups; collaborate with Marketing & Development to share impact stories.
Program Support: Assist with presentations, materials, and volunteer coordination; track participant feedback and program improvements; maintain inventory of educational resources.

Qualifications
5+ years in administrative, coordination, or program support roles.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
CRM experience (Little Green Light or similar) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Event coordination or community education experience.
Data tracking/reporting experience.
Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or scheduling tools.
