Customer Service Clerk
to join our team in
Warsaw, Virginia
or
Brierfield, Alabama . This position is a clerical support role which delivers the highest level of service in providing order processing support to the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
Accurately enters and reviews sales orders within 24 hours
Inputs customer and sales data into processing system according to company procedures
Ensures all proper paperwork is filed in customer folders to meet department policy
Provides backup coverage for Account Representative/Specialists
Assists with special projects/reporting as assigned
Supports invoicing customers, invoicing freight, and matching records for payment
Develops and maintains detailed written desk instructions covering all major responsibilities
May perform additional clerical responsibilities including mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks
Participates and contributes to company safety program
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; previous clerical support experience
License/Certification: N/A
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
Capability to multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment and interface interdepartmentally
