Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of the golf course grounds and clubhouse, ensuring the course and clubhouse are in top condition for golfers.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, tees, and roughs.

Trim around trees, bunkers, and other obstacles.

Assist with installation, operation, and maintenance of the irrigation system.

Rake and maintain sand traps.

Set up the course for daily play including moving tee markers, replacing divots, repairing ball marks, and ensuring hazard markers are in place.

Plant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers around the golf course and club facilities.

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of groundskeeping equipment.

Apply pesticides and herbicides per safety protocols and regulations.

Assist with leaf cleanup and other seasonal tasks as required.

Monitor for and clean spills throughout the facility.

Clean all floor surfaces and glass in the facility.

Clean, restock, and maintain all bathrooms.

Clean all guest seating and lobby area.

Dispose of facility trash.

Assist other departments as necessary.

Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by management.

Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests with answers and directions as needed.

Have general knowledge regarding program options and facility events.

Be responsive to guest concerns and direct to appropriate manager to resolve.

Minimum Qualifications

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours; regular attendance required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain focus in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Excellent guest service skills.

Detail‑oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize.

Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations.

Sports experience or interest to learn.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high.

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions.

Facility has intermittent noise.

Will be required to operate a computer.

Must be able to walk intermittently.

Must successfully complete our Utility Vehicle training program.
