Loader Operator / Water Truck Driver – Castle Rock, CO
Pay:
$25-30
Shift:
Daytime with occasional nights and weekends

Responsibilities
Performs daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance, including greasing, oiling, fueling, and cleaning
Operates loader to load/unload trucks, maintain stockpiles, and supply bins and hoppers with raw materials
Operates water truck for dust suppression, including filling tank and washing roads and work areas
Monitors equipment performance and reports malfunctions
Assists maintenance personnel with repairs as needed
Maintains clean and safe work areas and equipment
Ensures proper material loading, weight compliance, and prevents contamination
Maintains communication with dispatch and team members
Supports emergency washout or cleanup as needed
Complies with all safety regulations and customer requirements
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, Experience)
Experience operating loader and/or water truck preferred
CDL Class A license with air brakes and tanker endorsement required
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Valid driver’s license
Skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate a water truck
Ability to lift to 50 lbs
Basic Mechanical aptitude
Ability to communicate via radio and read and write
Ability to sit, stand, walk and work outside for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds
Ability to work at elevated heights and have good eye‑hand coordination
