R&R Facilities is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman for our buildings in Gravette. We need someone who is hard‑working, skilled with tools, and good at solving problems. If you like staying busy and taking care of property, this is the job for you.
What You Will Do
Yard & Grounds: Mowing, weed eating, trimming, and keeping the outside areas clean.
General Repairs: Doing light fix‑it jobs and repairs inside and outside the buildings.
Safety Checks: Checking buildings and machines monthly to make sure everything is safe.
Reporting: Let the manager know if you find a big problem that needs a specialist.
Record Keeping: Keep simple notes on the maintenance work you finish.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 or more years of handyman or maintenance work is preferred.
Tool Skills: You know how to use power tools and lawn equipment safely.
Physical Strength: You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Safety: You must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safe.
Schedule: You should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
