Position Summary
Become part of MAA as an Apartment Maintenance Technician. $1,500 Hiring Bonus. Perform maintenance and repair work to keep apartments and property facilities in good working order.
Hiring Bonus
$1,500.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair on apartments and property facilities.
Prepare apartments for move‑in.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule.
Follow up with residents after repairs are completed.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair.
HVAC experience required.
EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
