About the Courtesy Clerk Position
We are looking for an organized and hardworking Courtesy Clerk to join Bi-Mart. This position builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service. Other responsibilities include inventory, stocking, and maintaining merchandise. Daily tasks include prompt and friendly service to customers, and precise handling of customer transactions.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
Handle customer transactions accurately.
Perform inventory, stocking, and merchandise maintenance.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude.
Ability to set priorities and organize workload.
Skilled at solving problems and offering solutions to customers.
Engage and assist a variety of individuals.
Provide excellent customer service.
Experience
Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, or similar retail positions is a plus.
Experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is an asset.
Schedule
Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday‑Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
