Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain store standards, manage finances, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all shift activities: cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
Enforce all company policies and procedures and set a positive example for the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and ensure efficient store operations.
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and marketing initiatives to support profitability.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and handle telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork on a regular basis.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Provide orientation and on‑job training to new staff members.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members both verbally and in writing.
Perform accurate math, make correct change, and enter orders efficiently using a computer or touch screen.
Deliver products by car, comply with safe driving standards, and maintain access to an insured vehicle.
Navigate delivery routes, perform multiple deliveries per shift, and handle carrying, walking, climbing, and driving tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly and accurately.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements and computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency.
Ability to work independently and with a team under stress while meeting quality standards.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, squat, and reach as required.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions while performing outdoor duties.
Temperature ranges from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in certain work areas.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Requires attention to safety, vision, and hearing while operating equipment and making deliveries.
