Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HRIS and/or software support administration experience.

Experience with Ceridian Dayforce required.

Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Strong interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated customer service focus and professionalism in working with customers at all levels.

Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks under time constraints.

Ability to communicate with the workforce both verbally and in writing; ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to translate HRIS‑related requirements into detailed specifications and implement them in production.

Research and resolve HRIS problems, determine root causes and recommend effective solutions.

Provide training and support for HRIS when requested.

Support payroll by resolving issues to enable semi‑monthly payroll processing.

Run and review audit reports to maintain database integrity; perform data corrections as needed.

Monitor communication of updates on new hires, separations, transfers, promotions, name changes, or other actions to appropriate distribution groups.

Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad‑hoc reports as needed.

Answer internal customer questions promptly and troubleshoot for issue resolution.

Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, or variations from established procedures to maximize HRIS utilization.

Promote technology to increase productivity, reduce rework, and eliminate manual effort.

Serve as the primary contact with Dayforce support and configuration teams.
