The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Private Markets Analyst to lead and shape our private capital research strategy. You will be at the intersection of strategy, fund analysis, and manager research, transforming data into high-impact insights for sophisticated investors.

This role offers a chance to be part of a growing team redefining the understanding, tracking, and forecasting of private markets—impacting institutional portfolios, informing allocation decisions, and shaping trends in this evolving space.

What You’ll Do

Produce timely, data-rich research across asset classes and strategies, establishing thought leadership in private capital markets.

Track macro and micro trends impacting private markets, including deal flow, valuations, investor sentiment, and portfolio construction.

Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover insights others may miss.

Collaborate globally with strategists and industry experts.

Engage directly with investors, fund managers, and market participants.

Partner with internal teams to expand and improve private market data offerings.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in private capital markets research, data analysis, or strategy.

Strong knowledge of private market strategies—private equity, venture capital, credit, real assets, etc.

Excellent communication skills, capable of turning insights into compelling narratives.

A data-driven approach with a proven ability to model, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.

Curiosity, collaboration skills, and confidence in navigating ambiguity.

Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus.

Experience with Python or other coding languages for modeling and analysis is highly preferred.
