Massachusetts PIP / auto claims
and
commercial health insurance billing .
This role is ideal for someone who understands that billing is not just claim submission - it is active follow-up, problem-solving, denial management, and keeping cash flow moving.
Key responsibilities
Physical therapy billing for
PIP / auto insurance
and
commercial health insurance
Claim submission, payment posting, EOB review, and denial follow-up
Tracking
PIP exhaustion
and next billing steps
Corrected claims, appeals, and aging follow-up
Reviewing accounts for missing claim or insurance information
Working closely with front desk and internal staff to keep accounts moving
Has medical billing experience, preferably in
physical therapy, rehab, ortho, or chiropractic
Understands
commercial insurance billing
Is highly organized and persistent with follow-up
Can work independently in a small clinic environment
Massachusetts PIP experience is strongly preferred
Compensation
$25-32/hour , depending on experience
