Location: near Milwaukee, WI
Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 + Benefits

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fundamentals who enjoys hands‑on design and technical problem‑solving and is looking to build a career in product development involving power electronics and magnetics. You will receive training in advanced engineering concepts related to power electronics and magnetic component design, developing your skills to design and build custom transformers, inductors, and chokes for power electronics applications. You’ll also contribute to real, customer‑driven projects from concept through production. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow technically while working on custom‑engineered products within a close‑knit, U.S.–based design and manufacturing team.
Electrical Engineer (EE degree req. / design for power electronics, magnetics) Responsibilities
Support the design and development of electrical and high‑frequency magnetic components
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop customer‑specific solutions
Assist with simulations, modeling, and analysis
Perform testing, validation, documentation, and design updates
Optimize designs for efficiency, thermal performance, and manufacturability
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and performance standards (e.g., UL, IEC)
Participate in requirements gathering, technical review, and design execution
Maintain drawings, specifications, BOMs, and test documentation
Support customer technical questions related to designs and applications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required
Interest in new product design and development required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Familiarity with CAD, 3D modelling or electrical design tools required
