Luxury fine jewelry brand Anita Ko is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Account Coordinator to support our wholesale division. This role is essential in managing key administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and exceptional service for our retail partners across e-commerce and premier luxury retailers.
Position Overview
The Wholesale Account Coordinator serves as central support for wholesale POs, client viewings, consignment inventory, and partner communications, working cross-functionally to uphold operational excellence and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming POs, client viewing requests, special order requests, and consignment inventory with accuracy and priority
Fulfill sales and consignment requests; track due dates, coordinate return of unsold items, and invoice sold pieces
Maintain and seasonally refresh on-hand consignment inventory and in-store case presentations
Proactively update accounts regarding ship dates, pricing adjustments, status changes, and related communications
Maintain regular and timely communication with our retail partners
Support weekly and monthly sales reporting and assist with account receivables follow-up
Coordinate calendars, calls, and appointments for wholesale accounts
Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent work ethic with pride in the quality and accuracy of work
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)" +
