Position
Junior Operator Packing – Permanent
Job Purpose
Operate and maintain packing machines to achieve quality product and meet shift‑wise output targets with maximum utilisation.
Responsibilities
Prepare the machine for packing operation as per the production plan, using proper resources to ensure smooth operations.
Operate the packing machines using minimum resources to produce quality product.
Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements and maintain data integrity; fill machine logs and document entries, SOPs, and process simplification to meet cGMP.
Perform packing machine operations safely to avoid safety incidents by appropriately handling the machines and maintaining high safety standards.
Deliver training to workmen and adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines in the production process to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Education: D. Pharma / Diploma Engineering.
Relevant work experience: 2 years of experience in packing with knowledge of QMS activity, qualification, and related documents.
