Role
As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
Current holder of, or willingness to quickly obtain, the appropriate state licensing.
Team spirited, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards challenges.
Genuine and authentic, with willingness and drive to achieve goals.
Competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, etc.) is a bonus.
Completed or willing to obtain SIE certification.
Completed or willing to obtain Life/Health license.
Work Environment
