Here's what you'll need to knock it out like a pro:
High school diploma or GED
1 year of recent experience operating sit‑down forklifts
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement
Strong attention to safety and detail
Operate a sit‑down forklift to safely move materials
Palletize and pack finished products
Assist with production setup and general cleaning
Work in varied temperature zones (cold, hot, or wet areas)
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
