Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and leadership in the Packaging Department during the 2nd hour (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
Collaborate closely with area supervisors, 1st and 3rd shift production personnel, managers, and engineers to address personnel and technical concerns, resolve issues, and drive positive results
Primary responsibility to ensure operational safety, quality standards, and production output targets are achieved
Provide daily feedback to management concerning operational performance and opportunities
Ensure compliance of operational standards and safety procedures
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is desirable
Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is required
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong decision‑making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people‑development skills are essential
