Clinical Details & ResponsibilitiesSetting: Outpatient clinicPatient Population: AdultsPatients per day: 15-20

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing hematology and oncology patient care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
• Providing follow-up care and monitoring treatment progress
• Occasional inpatient rounding as needed
• Practicing independently as the sole provider on site

• EMR: EPIC
• Independent practice environment

Requirements

• Active Washington License - Required
• BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) - Required
• Must provide case logs demonstrating hematology/oncology clinical activity within the past 24 months (waived if recently completed training)
