Dates of Coverage: Looking for coverage starting as soon as credentialed through December of 2027. Will accept providers who need to obtain West Virginia licensure as well.

Details/Requirements:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Modalities: XR, CT, MRI, NM, US, Fluoroscopy
Light IR Procedures:<br / Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Renal, CT-guided, US-guided<br / Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess, Chest Tube, Cysts<br / Lumbar Punctures: Diagnostic LP<br / Arthrograms: Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Elbow, Ankle<br / Must be able to perform infant BE exams
Must be Board Certified in Radiology
