We are seeking a compassionate and reliable
Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver
to provide essential support to clients in their homes. This position focuses on assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment—without providing medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair)
Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (if applicable)
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor or family members
Follow care plans and safety protocols consistently
Respect clients' privacy, dignity, and independence
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role (preferred but not required)
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required to drive)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Able to stand, bend, kneel, and assist with physical mobility
Work Schedule:
Part-time or full-time
Flexible shifts (day, evening, overnight, weekends)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
