An established title insurance agency on Long Island is seeking a Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator with 1–5 years of experience supporting title transactions from contract to closing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate residential and commercial title insurance transactions from open to close
Manage files, documentation, and data with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Support closing and post-closing processes as needed
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in title insurance and transaction coordination
Strong organizational and data management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
Experience with TrackerPro title software is a plus
Closing desk and/or policy knowledge is a plus
Competitive salary: $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
