Encore Pavement Solutions (formerly Encore Striping & Sweeping) is hiring a hard working Parking lot sweeper truck operator to join our team.
This is
hands-on, outdoor work
— not a desk job. If you show up, work hard, and want to make good money, you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Do
Sweeping lots (retail centers, Walmart, etc.), using a Truck sweeper, not a hand broom.
Travel to jobs, mostly around the Des Moines metro.
$18–$28/hr
based on experience
Full Time Benefits available, 401K, Health, Dental.
Full Time and Part Time hours available.
What We’re Looking For
Shows up on time
Comfortable working outside
Can lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet
Valid driver’s license
Experience is a plus —
but we’ll train the right person
