Responsibilities

Compensation:
- $450,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonus
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a thriving and growth-focused interventional pain practice in beautiful Spring Hill, Florida. This full-time position offers exceptional earning potential, leadership growth through equity ownership, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in both office-based and ASC settings
- Conduct new patient appointments (anticipated 6-8 per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) with the focus on building a new patient base.
- Supervise two experienced Nurse Practitioners who handle most follow-up patient care.
- Utilize e-Clinical Works EMR.
- Work hours are generally 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, with a one-hour lunch.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Pain.
- Will consider new graduates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Experience with a patient population consisting primarily of Medicare and Managed Medicare, commercial, and Workers Comp.
