IP Attorneys – 2-4 years of experience

• Clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance;
• Agreements (sponsorship and promotional agreements, entertainment contracts, trademark licenses, M&A, credit agreements and due diligence);
• TTAB actions;
• Cease and Desist issuance and response;
• Litigation;
• UDRP actions;
• Securing GTLD and CCTLD domains;
• Advertising review and claims and defense.

Patent Associates

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• 1-3 years of patent preparation experience and strong patent prosecution skills;
• Experience with electromechanical technologies is desired.
