About the Position
Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Material Handler I to join our team. The role focuses on quality, safety, and customer service within the energy, mining, industrial power, and bio‑energy markets.
Compensation & Benefits

Education, certification, and tuition reimbursement
Responsibilities
Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for consistency.
Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming orders.
Label and organize products according to Roestrac system.
Maintain a well‑organized stock and inventory.
Handle returns, completing documentation and required communication.
Inspect material handling equipment regularly and keep it in good condition.
Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, correct deliveries, and replace damaged products.
Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location.
Achieve organization goals.
Follow training and company procedures.
Represent the organization as a customer liaison, uphold company standards, and resolve issues promptly.
Apply good housekeeping practices.
Adhere to Roeslein & Method Flow core values: safety, efficiency, respectful relationships.
Practice effective time management and change management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and experience pulling a trailer.
Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows‑based programs.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and results‑oriented.
Work Environment
Work is performed in an office and in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures is possible for short periods. All employees must follow safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment.
Physical Demands
Regular walking, standing, use of hands and fingers, gripping, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling are required. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis is required.
