US Foods Night Warehouse Selector
Salary: $26.25/hour (plus incentive pay). After 3 months the base rate jumps to $29.54. Overtime compensation applies.
Retention bonus: $5,000 for eligible new hires.
Schedule: 4‑5 day flex schedule (Sunday ‑ Friday). Shift: 7:00 PM start during first 90 days of training; 5:00 PM start after training.

Main Responsibilities
Safely and accurately select customer orders; build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet.
Move products from racks to pallets directed by order‑selecting software and equipment.
Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage‑free.
Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisle and return pallet jacks to charging area.
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
Ability to lift / carry / push / pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
Qualifications
Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; weekend and holiday work may be required.
Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high‑endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
