About the Role:
Join the Moreland Courts Condo Association team as a Maintenance Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our community remains a welcoming and safe environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to contribute to the upkeep of our beautiful Cleveland condos.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service calls.
Maintain and repair common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Assist with seasonal maintenance projects, such as snow removal.
Document maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
