NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a
Software Manual Tester
to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite (Contract) position.
Salary: $30-$38/hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of manual software testing experience
Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
Azure DevOps experience
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
Execute manual test cases and document results
Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Validate fixes and perform re-testing
