The Studio
Our 890 SF workspace occupies a thoughtfully converted three‑bedroom historic home in Danville's walkable downtown core, with exceptional natural light throughout. You will have access to a shared conference room ideal for client presentations, a kitchenette, and a comfortable sitting area. Fully equipped with desk, ergonomic chair, high‑speed wi‑fi, and commercial printer access.

Requirements
Licensed or emerging architect with 3‑5 years of experience
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience or strong interest in high‑end luxury residential architecture
Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build your own practice
Collaborative approach and appreciation for craftsmanship and detail
Commitment
1‑year initial partnership agreement with mutual review and renewal
