Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and manual therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and educate patients effectively
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in inpatient or acute care settings
• Familiarity with physical modalities and advanced therapeutic equipment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of prior inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must maintain current state licensure and certifications
• Ability to work dayshift hours, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols
