We are seeking an Attorney with 3-8+ years of experience in title examination, oil and gas transactions, or real estate law to join our Energy Department.
Based in one of our regional offices, the role involves examining title records, determining ownership interests in land, and drafting complex title opinions for diverse energy projects, including oil, gas, and renewables.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and licensure in relevant states. Experience with oil and gas title work is a plus.
We offer competitive salaries ($103,000–$155,000), comprehensive benefits, and flexible work locations.
