This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.
We’re on the hunt for a Personal Injury Attorney ready to handle cases — the kind that change lives.
Think: catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, wrongful death, and other major-impact cases.
You’ll team up with one of our most seasoned trial attorneys, dig deep into the details, build airtight cases, and bring your A-game to every fight.

What You’ll Do
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters
Advise clients throughout the legal process, providing clear guidance, regular updates, and practical expectations
Investigate claims by reviewing accident details, injuries, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and potential recovery options
Analyze case materials such as police reports, witness statements, medical records, bills, and insurance correspondence
Identify legal issues, preserve key deadlines, and develop case strategies that support strong client outcomes
Negotiate bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and property damage claims with insurance carriers
Partner closely with paralegals and legal team members to move cases forward efficiently and effectively
Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure files are organized, current, and action-oriented
Support clients through settlement, including review of final case details and resolution documents
What We’re Looking For
Licensed attorney with 3+ years of pre-lit or litigation experience (personal injury, med mal, or product liability preferred).
Master of research, writing, and storytelling — because great lawyering is great storytelling.
Fierce attention to detail and zero tolerance for “good enough.”
