Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $60,000.00 - $91,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
What You Will Be Doing
eLearning Development, Deployment, Quality Control & LMS Support
Develop and maintain new interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 or other content authoring tools, leveraging AI as appropriate and incorporating SME content, multimedia, and assessments
Convert legacy content into efficient, effective, engaging digital learning experiences
Apply instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards
Curate AI-generated educational content for delivery across multiple platforms and formats (e.g., podcasts, microlearning videos, knowledge briefs)
Prepare and package courses for LMS deployment (e.g., SCORM)
Conduct testing and quality assurance across browsers, devices, and LMS environments
Troubleshoot content issues related to playback, tracking, and learner experience
Maintain version control, documentation, and asset libraries
Adhere to organizational branding, templates, and governance standards
Stay current on Articulate 360 updates, eLearning trends including AI, and emerging instructional technologies
Execute basic LMS functions, including adding course content, managing enrollments, report pulling, and providing learner support, as applicable
Podcast & Video Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end podcast and video production workflows with internal stakeholders and production partners, including any scheduling, recording, editing, approvals, and publishing required
Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty and internal/external stakeholders, providing support, as needed
Oversee post-production processes, including editing, quality checks, and final approvals
Ensure media is added to platforms with accurate supporting information and shared with channel partners
Maintain an organized archive of media files, assets, and documentation
Provide reports on learner activity and engagement across all channels
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, media, or related
Experience
2–3 years of eLearning development and/or instructional design experience as part of a team creating professional learning content
Demonstrated experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (e.g., Storyline, Rise)
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly and productively in business and eLearning contexts
Skills
Developing eLearning content using Articulate authoring tools (Storyline, Rise)
Applying instructional design principles (e.g., chunking, scaffolding, learning alignment)
Creating microlearning and short-form digital learning assets
Using AI tools to generate, adapt, and enhance learning content
Applying accessibility best practices (e.g., captions, readable layouts, inclusive design)
Following established templates, standards, and branding guidelines
Performing quality assurance and content review
Managing projects using a project management tool (Monday.com preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality
High level of technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), with Thought Industries preferred
Experience producing learning assets at scale and under tight timelines
Experience coordinating podcast or video production projects
Experience supporting education or training in a healthcare environment
Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and CME (Continuing Medical Education) content
