Required Skills:

• Valid LVN/LPN license in good standing
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health or pediatric setting
• Strong assessment skills and proficiency in utilizing the nursing process
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers (MHWs) ensuring safe, therapeutic care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and float across multiple units as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with co-occurring disorders or psychiatric inpatient care
• Certified in CPR and First Aid
• Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
• Experience in a rehabilitation or addiction treatment environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 1 year of pediatric or behavioral health experience
• Prior experience in inpatient psychiatric or pediatric healthcare settings

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to start on 05/11/2026, with no exceptions
• Willingness to float across all pediatric units including inpatient and co-occurring disorders programs
• Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility will incur a 10% rate reduction effective 6/24/2024; include address or driver s license in your submission
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential blackout dates and varied shifts
• Travel and other reimbursements applicable when required
