Job Summary
Our Client Is One Of The Preeminent Political Law, Government Law, And Lobbying Firms In The Country. Attorneys Have Extensive Client Contact And Assist In Advising The Regulated Community Of Corporations, Individuals, Nonprofits, Trade Associations, Political And Independent Expenditure Committees, And Other Public And Private Sector Clients Regarding Campaign Finance, Lobby Disclosure, And Government Ethics Laws.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on a wide variety of federal, state, and local campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics laws.
Counsel on the formation and maintenance of ballot measure and independent expenditure committees.
Oversee the preparation of campaign finance and lobbying reports.
Develop and deliver presentations on political law compliance issues in client trainings, seminars, and conferences.
Advise on nonprofit compliance and governance issues.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials (top 20%) and excellent research and writing skills. Experience with government, political, regulatory, or similar work experience is a plus, although not mandatory. The firm has a team-oriented culture, and there are opportunities for flexible, hybrid work arrangements.
