Job Description
Labinoti Law is a personal injury law firm that prides itself on skill, experience, and compassion. We are seeking an associate attorney with passion and ambition to fight for clients and ensure justice is served. The attorney will assist legal assistants and paralegals in addressing client concerns, reviewing demands, negotiating with adjusters and attorneys, and handling hearings, motions to compel, and motions for summary judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and respond to motions with strong legal analysis.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and responses.
Represent clients in hearings and court proceedings.
Assist in negotiations with adjusters and opposing counsel.
Participate in depositions and trial preparations.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Experience drafting and responding to motions with excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
Hardworking and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
Ability to draft legal documents and conduct research effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
New Mexico licensing is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to the Borderplex Region are desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay is based on experience.
