What You’ll Do:
Technical Support
Provide timely, high-quality support for hardware, software, networking, and phone systems
Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, or elevate to the appropriate IT team members
Support business applications, including
Epicor Eclipse ERP
Assist employees with day-to-day technical needs and questions
Equipment & Systems
Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment
Relocate and install equipment across branches as needed
Partner with branch teams to resolve system or hardware issues
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software support
Process & Improvement
Track, document, and follow up on IT support tickets and projects
Identify trends in recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions
Assist in developing IT procedures, documentation, and user guides
Support IT projects and system improvements as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Required
High school diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (occasional travel required)
Preferred
Experience with
Epicor Eclipse ERP
Familiarity with distribution, warehouse, or branch operations
