Role Overview
We’re seeking a senior-level Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support complex business applications and workflow automation solutions. This role requires deep hands‑on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, along with strong knowledge of governance, security, and enterprise best practices.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Strong hands‑on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and InfoPath modernization
Proven ability to build complex enterprise applications, advanced automated workflows, and scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
Design and build scalable Power Apps and Power Automate flows
Develop complex workflows including approvals, conditional logic, and exception handling
Create reusable components and standardized solution patterns
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand processes
Translate business needs into secure, scalable Power Platform solutions
Recommend architecture, licensing, and environment strategies
Dataverse & Data Modeling
Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security roles
Use Dataverse as the primary enterprise data platform
Ensure performance, scalability, and governance best practices
Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and Excel-based processes
Modernize legacy systems including InfoPath forms and workflows
Integration, Governance & Support
Integrate using standard, premium, and custom connectors and REST APIsApply governance standards including licensing, DLP policies, and security roles
Manage ALM, deployments, upgrades, patching, and production support
Technical Skills
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
Model‑driven and Canvas Apps
ALM and solution management
Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook)
APIs, connectors, and integrations
Governance, security, and licensing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise environments with governance controls

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability, ownership mindset, and experience working across cross‑functional teams
