Overview
Migration Data Lead role within the Client Onboarding and Service Migration team. You will be a key driver in transforming migration data strategy, shaping data sourcing and transformation, and delivering visualizations and ad hoc reporting while driving efficiencies across the analytics model. You will gather accurate migration data requirements, document data flow, design input pages and visualizations, gain approvals, and implement according to specifications while keeping end users updated. There may be opportunities to improve portfolio reporting by establishing a data warehouse, automation, and AI to develop insights across cross-migration data, resource utilization, project attributes, and case volumes. You will develop effective presentations to support leadership understanding of client impact and risk across projects and clients. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align initiatives with business and technology strategy.
