Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer
You will closely collaborate with fellow Cloud architects and engineers specializing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support, deploy, and optimize Cloud solution components. You'll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to manage and deploy container applications and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS labs, you will have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients' problems, and you will partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you will have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips. You Have
3+ years of experience with supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems
Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience hardening government systems following STIG requirements
Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of employment
Nice If You Have
Experience with Azure
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
Bachelor's degree

Compensation
Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Our benefits package includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work-life programs; and dependent care.
Work Model
Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
