Neurologist (New Graduates Accepted) - Huntsville, AL

Overview:
A leading medical practice in Huntsville is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join their team. This is a primarily outpatient role with minimal hospital coverage, no stroke call, and limited on-call responsibilities. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through exams and testing

• Interpret neuroimaging and prescribe treatments

• Counsel patients on neurological care and medication management

• Collaborate with residents and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• MD or DO with completed Neurology residency

• ABPN board certified/eligible

• Alabama medical license (or eligibility)

• DEA license

• USMLE completed

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours

• 5 calls/month (1 week block); no stroke call

• On-call pay: $300/call after year one
