Nocturnist Physician

Join a well-established hospitalist program as a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist in northeast Arkansas, providing overnight inpatient care with a supportive team and state-of-the-art resources.

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule
• Night time admissions usually around 10
• Hospital-employed position with long-term stability
• Night coverage responsibilities:
  • Admissions from the Emergency Department
  • Cross-coverage of hospitalized patients
  • Rapid response and code support
  • Closed ICU model with full specialist support
• Collaborate with a day hospitalist team to ensure smooth transitions of care
• Work within a patient-centered, mission-driven program with strong administrative support and high physician satisfaction
• Regional population base of 650,000+
• Facility highlights:

  • Serves 23 counties across northeast Arkansas and southeast Missouri
