Position Details and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessments and manage risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
- Develop tailored treatment strategies based on patient‑specific risk factors.
- Learn and manage LDL apheresis therapy.
- Provide genetic counseling for familial history of early‑onset heart disease.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and multiple specialists to coordinate care.
- Encourage NBCL certification and/or obesity management as appropriate.
Qualifications
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and lipid management. NBCL certification and obesity management are encouraged but not required.
