Youth Climbing Coach — Growth, Community & Skills

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Non-Competitive Coach to lead youth climbing programs across locations in Fort Myers, Orlando, Citrus Park, and Tampa, FL. The coach will create an engaging and structured environment that promotes climbing fundamentals, community spirit, and athlete growth. Ideal candidates will have experience with youth climbers, strong communication skills, and at least 4 years of climbing experience. Weekend availability is a must to support competitions and programs.
