Service Coordination Supervisor Opportunity Summary
The Service Coordination Supervisor is accountable for scheduling precision, workflow accuracy, job aging control, and billing packet readiness to ensure efficient daily operations.
Job Duties
Schedule technicians efficiently and maintain accurate daily system updates.
Accountable for maintaining job aging within established thresholds.
Ensure billing documentation packets are complete and within policy timelines.
Verify technician time daily and manage PTO scheduling within policy guidelines.
Escalate operational concerns when overtime or workflow thresholds are exceeded.
Coordinate approved outside vendors and asset movement.
Work Experience & Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
