Role Title

Role Description
Seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to assist the Commonwealth in management of a project nearing completion.
Responsibilities
Schedule reviews, status updates and reporting
Review schedule monthly on a rolling wave
Co‑ordinate PPR‑IP reporting including drafting report and seeking input from stakeholders for PM approval
Provide status data to schedulers monthly for update of OPP
Cost and budget reviews, progress updates, and reporting
Regular risk reviews and position updates
Work Health and Safety verification
Conduct CDRL delivery response letters
Conduct CDRL reviews of PM deliverables
Conduct contract change proposals – reviews and staffing for approval
Liaise with PM, PSO, Project Controller, Scheduler and Finance teams regularly to ensure accuracy of finance data and phasing forecasts
Essential Requirements
Required Security Clearance: NV1
Eligible to access US Export Controlled (ITAR) information
At least 5 years’ experience relevant to the job
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in CASG projects
